First off thanks for the review (And general blog) – Beautiful and interesting things.
For all the effects of CSS3 that enter here – They're beautiful so they are not effective until you can watch them in IE and smart devices (Tested on my Android), Ditto”To about the graphics card capabilities on HTML5.

CSS3 is a standard that all modern browsers already support it. The trend should be to attract people to upgrade their browsers are Web surfers to be more fun place to surf in.
Of course it should not prevent the developer from back support. I mean, If I use the CSS3 animation example, There is no reason that the effect will not happen without animation in IE.
